Our diploma programs are offered with classes that’ll teach you everything you need to know.
Cook Basic Diploma
The Cook Basic Diploma program is ideal for significantly expanding your skills as a recreational chef or for obtaining the culinary skills necessary to enter the food service industry. This course covers a wide range of basic culinary skills, with most of the educational time spent in the kitchen under the supervision of experienced chef instructors.
Cook Advanced
We combine traditional and modern advanced culinary techniques with information on establishing a restaurant business. Particular emphasis is placed on quality, creativity, and presentation.
Cook Advanced is an intensive 300-hour training program focused on advanced culinary techniques and business skills. In addition to full-time day classes, some of our campuses offer part-time evening and weekend classes. All of our programs enjoy frequent start dates.
Chef de Cuisine Diploma
If you’re interested in a complete career change—perhaps running your own kitchen or getting a job in fine dining—the Chef de Cuisine Diploma program may be for you. This program covers both basic and advanced class culinary techniques while helping you develop your creativity and production skills in the kitchen.
